Privacy Policy

This page explains how Smart Orientation Enterprise ("SOE", "we") handles personal data collected through the AI Contact Center website. We follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

1. Who is responsible

SOE, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, decides why and how your data is used. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect only what you type:

• Your name and company name.
• Your mobile number.
• The problem you chose, and any short notes you add.
• How you prefer us to follow up, and the language of the page.
• The date and time of your request.

We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment details or any sensitive data. Please do not write them in the notes field.

3. Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request: to contact you about your use case, arrange a demo and follow up on the conversation. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.

4. Your consent

We process your details because you chose to send them. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your request for up to 12 months from the day you send it. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

6. Who can see it

Only authorised SOE team members can open requests, and they must sign in to do so. We use trusted service providers to host the website and store the requests. They process data on our behalf and only for this purpose. We share your details with others only when the law requires it.

7. Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a cloud database on Google Cloud (Firebase). The database is located in the Google Cloud data center in Dammam, Saudi Arabia (region me-central2), and your request is stored and processed there. If we ever move data outside the Kingdom, we will follow the PDPL rules on transfers and update this page.

8. Cookies and similar tools

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your chosen language in your browser. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page opens. When you send the form, your browser also connects to Google's cloud service to deliver the request.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and why;
• give you a copy of it;
• correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
• delete it when we no longer need it;
• withdraw your consent.

Write to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. We will reply within the period the law sets.

10. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), which supervises the PDPL.

11. Security

Connections to this site are encrypted. Access to the requests is limited to signed-in SOE staff.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
